ABOUT US
DB Loan Finance Limited is a privately owned, specialist self-funded principal Bridging Lender. We provide short term finance primarily to the bridging market.
The team is comprised of Alan Ditton and Steve Blowers, two exceptionally experienced bankers with circa 80 years banking and financing experience within the UK. The co-founder, Paul Goldstein, is a successful UK Entrepreneur with many years expertise in the UK Property Market.
Our strategy is to keep it simple and have quick decision making. Drawdown facilities arranged, ideally within 7 business days (depending on legal constraints). Our aim is to act as a conduit for successful investors to acquire assets and properties, possibly ahead of long term financing. Our highly experienced team have the knowledge and know how and are supported by lawyers to deliver flexible financial solutions.
